- Generate and review. Use your eligible free generation or one video credit. Generation can take 10–50 minutes or longer. Completed private MP4s are available for 24 hours.

One credit pays for one 30-second request. Confirmed failures restore it; pack purchases are not automatically refunded in cash. All accounts get five parallel jobs, subject to rendering availability.
Before you start.
Can I upload my product photo?
Yes. The studio accepts up to four selected images of objects, products, clothing shown on its own, scenery or locations. It does not support face/person video references. An image can guide the result; exact geometry, labels, logos and likeness are not guaranteed.
Is this a ready-to-publish advertisement?
You receive a generated MP4. Review product details and any claims before publishing, and add precise brand text, logos or a call to action in your own editor. Editing and ad distribution are separate.
Can I test it without buying a pack?
Eligible new accounts can use one first generation free, subject to abuse limits. A confirmed failed request restores the entitlement; daily retry limits still apply.
Does the prompt builder guarantee success?
No. It provides an editable structure, not a pre-approved engine request. The video engine makes its own content decisions, and output details can vary. Requests are submitted unchanged after you choose to generate.
