What we process
When you use the studio, we process your email address, password-derived hash, session and API key hashes, prepaid balance, payment status, prompts, generation status, issue reports, and output video files. We may process IP and security event data to protect accounts and prevent abuse. Do not include sensitive personal data in prompts.
We process account and generation data to provide the requested service, payment records to administer prepaid credit and meet accounting obligations, and limited security data to protect the service. A final legal basis statement will be published before registration opens.
How long data is kept
Ready MP4 files are accessible for 24 hours after delivery, then scheduled for deletion. Account and transaction records may need longer retention for service, dispute, security, and legal obligations. The specific periods will be published before registration opens. Session cookies last up to 30 days. We use essential session and security storage; marketing cookies are not part of this preview.
Your choices and rights
