What the service provides
One paid generation requests a 30-second Seedance 2.5 video in your selected supported aspect ratio. The result is made available as an MP4 in your private account if generation and storage succeed. AI output is probabilistic. Subjects, motion, text, faces, timing, and composition may differ from your prompt. Generation time varies with provider demand.
Do not submit material you lack rights to use, unlawful content, or sensitive personal data. Prompts are sent to an external video generation supplier to fulfil your request. You remain responsible for assessing rights in your prompts and resulting content.
Prepaid balance and price
Deposits are quoted in USD and processed through a Bitcoin invoice checkout. The hosted checkout shows the coin, network, exact crypto amount, and any applicable fee before payment. Balance is credited only after a confirmed eligible payment, not after a browser redirect. Wrong-network, underpaid, expired, and refunded payments may need manual support and are subject to the invoice provider’s rules.
The listed per-video price is $2.30 initially, $2.20 after 10 successful non-refunded deliveries, $2.00 after 50, and $1.50 after 100. The applicable amount is reserved when you submit a generation. The $1.50 tier is the lowest. One parallel generation is available initially, two after 50 paid generation requests, and three after 100. Refunded requests do not count toward these concurrency milestones. Prices and taxes shown before a future purchase control that purchase.
Delivery and retention
A completed video becomes ready only when our platform has stored a copy. It remains available to that account for 24 hours from that time, with an exact expiry timestamp in the studio. Download it before expiry. After expiry, access ends and deletion is scheduled. We do not promise permanent recovery of expired files.
Failed or unusable results
A confirmed technical generation failure restores the amount charged for that request to your prepaid balance automatically. If delivery cannot be verified within 30 minutes of provider submission, the charge is restored. An uncertain provider submission is never silently sent again. If your connection drops after you submit, your job continues in the background; return to your account to check its status.
Some AI generations may visibly fail the brief or contain major artifacts. Use the studio’s report control to describe an unusable result. We review these cases and may restore the generation charge when the result clearly flops. An alternative artistic take or prompt revision is generally a new generation. A balance restoration is distinct from a refund of a crypto deposit.
Consumer rights and complaints
Applicable consumer rights remain in force. Before paid launch, checkout will present the complete trader details, final price including applicable taxes and charges, withdrawal information, and any consent required to begin immediate digital performance. For a service issue, use the published support contact or the in-studio report control once available.
