When does the 24-hour window start?+
It begins when we finish copying your video into private storage and mark it ready. The exact expiry time appears in your studio.
What happens if a generation fails?+
Confirmed technical failures restore the price charged for that generation to your prepaid balance. An uncertain submission is reviewed against the original provider task before any retry, so you are not charged twice.
What if the result is unusable?+
AI video can miss the prompt or produce visual errors. Report an unusable result in your studio with a short description. We review it and may restore the generation charge when the result clearly flops; a different creative take is normally a new generation.
What sizes can I create?+
30-second videos in 16:9 (1280×720 or 1920×1080), 9:16 (720×1280 or 1080×1920), 1:1 (1024×1024), 4:3 (1440×1080), and 3:4 (1080×1440). Actual output metadata can vary; contact support if the delivered format is materially wrong.
Is this an official Seedance website?+
No. SeedanceCheap is an independent platform. Model and product names identify the generation format offered.
Can I automate generation?+
Yes. Create an account, generate a private API key, and use our own API endpoint. We never send you upstream credentials or URLs.
